青贮玉米贮藏效果的评价

摘    要:运用感官和实验室两种评定方法评价了青贮玉米新品种东青1号和东青01(品系)的贮藏效果。结果表明,两个青贮玉米品种贮藏后的感官综合评分均在82分以上,实验室综合评分均在77.5分以上,两种评定方法所得结论基本相同,质量均为优等。但感官评定必须客观公证,条件允许的情况下,最好通过实验室进行评定。东青1号的饲喂试验进一步验证了两种方法的可行性。

Abstract:This paper evaluated the storage effect of Dongqing No. 1 and Dongqing01 using sensory and laboratory methods. The result showed that the sensory multiple-scoring of the two silage corn varieties were higher than 82 score, and the laboratory multiple-scoring were higher than 77.5 score. So two methods drew the same conclusion, and the quality was superior. However the sensory evaluation must use the uniform standard and it was better to evaluate by laboratory method. And also the feeding experiment of Dongqing1 tested the two methods further.
