| 摘 要： | 为确保实验室对黄曲霉毒素B1实验项目的检测能力,保证检测结果的可靠性,实验室在CNAS认可周期内参加了黄曲霉毒素B1能力验证活动。对能力验证的定义、目的、实施过程、统计方法及结果评价进行了介绍,并对黄曲霉毒素B1能力验证的测量结果进行了不确定度分析。黄曲霉毒素B1能力验证Z比分数为ZA=0.18、ZB=-1.35,能力验证获得满意结果。结果表明我中心黄曲霉毒素B1实验数据准确、可靠,CNAS认可项目有效。

| Abstract: | To assess the competence of Aflatoxin B1 detection in our lab and make sure the result effective,we attended the proficiency testing in accreditation period of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment （CNAS）.In this essay,we introduce the definition,purpose,implementation process,statistical method and results evaluation of proficiency testing.We analyze the uncertainty of Aflatoxin B1 detection.The Z index of proficiency testing of Aflatoxin B1 detection are ZA =0.18,ZB =-1.35 which are satisfactory.The results of proficiency testing accredited by CNAS demonstrate that the detection result of Aflatoxin B1 in our lab is accurate and reliable. |
