生物技术在天牛分类中的应用

摘    要:天牛分类一直以形态特征为依据,近年来生物技术在天牛分类研究中得到应用,此文综述了包括同工酶电泳、RAPD分子标记、PCR、核酸序列分析等技术在天牛近缘种及种下阶元的分类鉴定、种上阶元的系统发育分析、天牛种群的遗传变异与进化、天牛生物地理学研究中的应用,并根据存在的问题对天牛分子生物学研究的前景进行探讨。

Abstract:The classification system of longhorn beetles was mainly based on morphological characters. Recently, biotechnology especially molecular biological technology had been applied in the classification of longhorn beetles. Here, electrophoretic analysis of isozyme, molecular markers RAPD, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and nucleotide sequence analysis on the study of longhorn beetles were reviewed. These methods had been used in identification of close relative species, phylogeny of species or higher taxa, population genetic variation and speciation, molecular evolution and biogeography of longhorn beetles. Meanwhile, the research prospects of molecular biological technology of longhorn beetles were discussed.
