| 摘 要： | 研究了南岳衡山的野生食用植物和大型真菌资源，结果表明南岳衡山有野生食用植物和大型真菌共73科115属178种；以双子叶植物和大型真菌占重要地位。利用子实体和果实的物种所占比例均为23．04％，嫩茎、苗、叶为16．75％，以后依次为种子（12．57％）、花（花序）（7．33％）、根茎（6．61％）等。蔬食种类比例为37．32％，副食加工原料种类为18．66％，果生食种类为16．75％，以后依次为蜜源植物、食用油植物等。食用植物和大型真菌有一定的分布规律；各类型植物分布幅度差异较大。食用菌占区内大型真菌的38．20％，野生维管柬、食用植物占全区的7．09％。食用植物资源丰富。建议以保护种质和基因为主，在自然保护区的实验区适度开发。 |
