| Abstract: | The characteristics of rural resources of human beings in current China was described in the paper, i.e., large number, poor quality and unreasonable distribution. Then the theoretical basis of utilization of rural resources of human beings was analyzed. Some measures and suggestions on utilization of rural resources of human beings were put forward at the end. |
