苇浆厂备料车间清洁生产系统的应用研究

摘    要:以芦苇、麦草、蔗渣等植物的茎为原料的纸浆厂 ,在备料车间进行原料的轧制分选过程中产生的植物纤维性粉尘 ,因其固有特性 ,常规的除尘方法存在一些困难。通过分析和实验研究 ,综合分析大量的资料后 ,对除尘系统进行设计 ,并使该系统投入使用 ,效果良好。该系统的运行 ,消除了备料车间甚至整个浆厂的火灾安全隐患 ,改善了恶劣的生产条件 ,实现了厂区、车间的清洁生产。

Abstract:There will exist a lot of dust in the workshop of raw materials preparation during pulp making from reed, wheat straw or bagasse, and this dust is mainly the pulverized plant leaves, which has the features of low density, high specific surface and high adhesive ability. So, the collecting rate of such dust by the existing dedustors is very low. In this work, we developed a dust removal system for a pulp mill based on the theoretical analysis and the experiments, which worked successfully in the raw materials preparation workshop and the effect of dust removal was excellent.
