| Abstract: | Take farming,forestry,animal husbandry,side-line production and fishery as the main content,the planting of cereal crops as the core of agricultural economy was the foundation of whole national economy,stable development and constructing socialist harmonious society.Therefore,effective methods and measures should be adopted to promote agricultural development continually,stably and healthily as well as to help to take on and endow with the glorious task for harmonious socialist society. |
