摘    要:应用正交试验优选甘蔗叶片多糖的热水浸提工艺,并进行叶片多糖体外抗氧化作用研究.结果显示最优条件为浸提温度80℃,料液比1:40,提取4次,每次浸提3h;在11月甘蔗生长后期,甘蔗叶片有较高的多糖含量;甘蔗叶片多糖具有较强清除·OH的能力,对·OH致DNA损伤具有良好的保护作用.

Abstract:Orthogonal test was used to optimize the hot water technique of extracting ploysaccharide in sugarcane leaves,and anti-oxidation of ploysaccharide in vitro was studied.The optimum conditions were: extraction temperature of 80 ℃,the solid and solvent rations of 1∶ 40,extraction of four times,extraction time of 3h.At the later growth stage of sugarcane in November,the content of sugarcane polysaccharide was higher,and the scavenging effect on ·OH and inhibiting DNA damage generated by ·OH.were stronger.
