| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了梨火疫病的危害，传播及目前世界分布；讨论了各种植物材料和包装物传病的危害性，评价了包括传统的和分子生物学方法在内的梨火疫病菌的各种检测方法及该病对我国的潜在威胁，为对该病的检疫检测提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The harmfulness,dissemination and present worldwide distrbution of E.amylovora were
reviewed,the risk of various plant materials and packeges and the potential risk of this disease to
China were disscussed,various detection methods including rotational and molecular biological
methods were evaluated.Provide theoritical and practical basis for the quarantine detection of
E.amylovora. |
