| 摘 要： | 观光农业是以农业项目为依托,以城市游客为服务对象,通过规划设计来满足游客观光、休闲、娱乐、体验等需求的现代农业.在实际调研的数据和案例资料的基础上,针对观光农业中"农家乐"这一具体的发展方式,运用管理学中"SWOI"分析方法进行组织评价,分别对它内部的优势和劣势、外部的机会和威胁进行了分析,并提出为促进"农家乐"的良好发展,相关部门应该建立健全辅导员制度,在一定区域内建立服务规范并开展培训,促进基础设施建设,协调多方力量努力解决农户的融资问题.
