胡椒叶片气孔特征的研究

摘    要:利用国际通用统计分析软件sAs,对4个胡椒品种叶片气孔开度、气孔密度、气孔长度、气孔宽度进行分析比较。结果表明,在显著水准5%时,品种古晋平均每视野气孔个数显著大于其他品种进行的视野个数;品种斑尼约尔1号平均气孔长度显著大于其他品种的 孔长度;品种印尼大叶种气孔平均宽度显著大于其他品种的气孔宽度

Abstract:Four varieties of black Pepper(Piper nigrum) (Lampong,Panniyur 1,Kuching andKanchag)were examined in terms of opening,density,length and width of leaf stomataand the data were analyzed and compared by using a world accepted general analyticalsoftware SAS. Results showed Kuching gave an evidently larger number of leaf stamataper visible field than others jPanniyur 1 had obviously longer stomata than others byaverage;and Lampong was remarkably wider in leaf stoma than others on average.
