| 摘 要： | 随着动物营养学研究的进展,蛋白质营养的研究也在逐步深入,由原来的粗蛋白营养发展到 氨基酸营养(必需氨基酸营养、可利用氨基酸营养等),进一步发展到现在的小肽营养。旨在就小肽的 降解和吸收、营养作用、生理活性、在生产中的应用、研究动态及展望等方面进行综合阐述。

| Abstract: | Following the development of animal nutrition. the study of protein nutrition is thorough. From rough protein nutrition to amino acid nutrition (essential amino acid nutrition ,usable amino acid nutrition and so on), and to the current small peptide nutrition. This paper sum the degradation and absorption ,the nutrition function, physiological unction,the application in production and the study trend of small peptide. |
