摘    要:应用多元统计分析中的主成分分析的基本原理和方法,建立科技竞争力指标评价体系,通过对"十五"期间全国14个省级农业科学院的数据分析,找出影响省级农业科学院科技竞争力的主要因素。

Abstract:The basic principles and methods of principal components analysis,one of multivariate statistical analysis,were used in this paper and an index evaluation system of scientific and technological competitiveness was established.By analyzing the data of 14 provincial academies of agricultural science during Tenth Five-Year period,the main factors which affect the scientific and technological competitiveness of provincial academies of agricultural science were put forward.
