| Abstract: | The basic principles and methods of principal components analysis,one of multivariate statistical analysis,were used in this paper and an index evaluation system of scientific and technological competitiveness was established.By analyzing the data of 14 provincial academies of agricultural science during Tenth Five-Year period,the main factors which affect the scientific and technological competitiveness of provincial academies of agricultural science were put forward. |
