P53、nm23、PCNA在肺鳞癌和腺癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移的关系

摘    要:目的 :研究肺鳞癌与腺癌组织中抑癌基因 (P5 3)、转移抑制基因 (nm2 3)及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学 S- P法检测 86例肺癌标本中 P5 3,nm2 3,PCNA基因蛋白的表达。结果 :P5 3,nm2 3,PCNA在肺癌中的阳性表达率分别为 :5 7.0 % ,73.3% ,82 .5 % ,其中 P5 3在鳞癌中的阳性表达为 5 8.7% ,在腺癌中的阳性表达为 5 2 .2 % ,有淋巴结转移者 5 1.1% ,无淋巴结转移者 5 1.2 % ;nm2 3在鳞癌中的阳性表达为 74.6 % ,腺癌 6 9.9% ,有淋巴结转移者 88.9% ,无淋巴结转移者 95 .1% ;PCNA在鳞癌中的阳性表达为 92 .1% ,腺癌 5 6 .5 % ,有淋巴结转移者 80 .0 % ,无淋巴结转移者 90 .2 %。结论 :三种蛋白的表达与肺癌淋巴结转移无关。 (P>0 .0 5 )

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationships between P53,nm23 and PCNA expressions in tissues of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of lung and lymph node metastasis.Methods:The expressions of P53,nm23 and PCNA in 86 patients with lung cancer were studied with S P immunohistochemical methods.Results:The positive expression rates of P53,nm23 and PCNA in tissues of lung cancer were 57.0%,73.3% and 82.5% respectively.The expressions of P53 and nm23 in squamous cell carcinoma were not different from those in adenocarcinoma(P53:58.7% vs 52.2%;nm23:74.6% vs 69.6%; P > 0.05 ),while that of PCNA had a significant difference between them(92.1% vs 56.5%, P <0.01).In tissues of lung cancer with or without lymph node metastasis,the positive expression rates of P53,nm23 and PCNA also had no difference(P53:51.1% vs 51.2%;nm23:88.9% vs 95.1%;PCNA:80% vs 90.2%; P <0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of P53,nm23 and PCNA in tissues of lung cancer had no relation to lymph node metastasis.
