饲料蛋白水平和能蛋比对美洲黑石斑幼鱼生长的影响

摘    要:按照粗蛋白41%、46%5、1%,能量12.50 MJ.kg-1、13.77 MJ.kg-1、15.04 MJ.kg-1二因素3水平配制9组不同饲料投喂美洲黑石斑幼鱼,以含蛋白40%以上的5#鲈鱼饲料为对照进行为期70 d的试验,研究蛋白水平与能蛋比对幼鱼的生长影响.结果表明:各试验组美洲黑石斑幼鱼的增重率、饲料系数、蛋白质效率和特定生长率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),特别是蛋白水平在46.0%、能蛋比在30.80 MJ.kg-1时,养殖效率最高.经回归分析发现,美洲黑石斑幼鱼饲料蛋白水平在45.62%~46.86%、能蛋比在29.73~31.78 MJ.kg-1时,可获得理想的养殖效果.

Abstract:Nine diets formulated at three protein levels of 41 %,46 % and 51 %,and at three energy levels of 12.50,13.77 and 15.04 MJ·kg-1 were fed to juvenile Centropristis striata,and fed the perch diet of protein 40 % as the control.The experiment fish were reared for 70 d.The effect of protein level and energy-protein ratio on the growth of juvenile fish was investigated.The results showed that the experimental group in weight gain rate(WGR),feed conversion ratio(FCR),protein efficiency ratio(PER)and specific growth rate(SGR)were better than that of the control group,significantly(P<0.05).More efficient results were found in farms with the diet of protein 46.0 % and energy-protein ratio 30.80 MJ·kg-1.The ideal culture for the protein requirement was 45.62 %~46.86 % and energy-protein ratio was 29.73~31.78 MJ·kg-1.
