EM算法在恒加试验线性模型中的应用

摘    要:基于右截尾的EM算法,给出了恒加试验线性模型的参数估计,并结合加速方程得到了产品的寿命估计。相比采用Gibbs抽样的蒙特卡罗贝叶斯方法、指数分布下加速寿命试验的贝叶斯方法和非参数的最小二乘估计统计法,该方法得出的结果更准确、更接近实值,且具有计算量小的优点。

Abstract:Based on EM approach of right dock,it gives out parametric estimation of accelerated life testing in linear model.It combines with accelerated equation,acquires lifetime estimation of products.At present,this approach is more accurate than Bayes approach based on Gibbs sample,Bayes approach based on exponential distribution and nonparametric approach of accelerated life testing.In addition,the approach has other virtues,which includes nearing real value and less amount of calculation.
