摘    要:通过2007—2009年的研究发现,在马铃薯植株生长到现蕾期或开花前期,通过适当的温度控制,利用脱毒马铃薯离体羽状复叶的腋芽,以一定浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)刺激,经过4~5周后,能够诱导出有效微型小块茎。其个体一般为3.0~8.0 g,最高可达10.0 g以上,后代植株生长健壮,不退化,产量高。采用马铃薯离体叶片腋芽结薯,时间短、成本低、操作简便、繁殖系数高,提高了单薯粒重,开辟了马铃薯微型薯生产的新途径。

Abstract:Through the 2007-2009 experimental study it Was found that,at the beginning of square and flowering period of virus-free potato plant,the pinnately compound with lateralbud cultured in vitro Was planted in the medium after cutting away from the plant,the living polarity of lateralbud could be changed throush adjusting temperature and harmone,which facilitate growth of potato nunituber.After irritating by NAA,IAA,IBA.The lateralbud grew into mature tubercle after 4~5 weeks,in size between 3.0~8.0 g and the biggest over 10.0 g Further test proved that the descendant plants of bud shoot grew strong and inherit original gene.The method of producing potatoes based on technology of Leaves in vitro of potato lateralbud growing into potatoes is of time-efficiency,low-cost,easy-operating and high proliferation,which is a new method of potatoes production.This technology is new in China and similar technology has not been found.
