| 摘 要： | 通过观察江苏省杂草稻不同成熟时期颖果颜色的变化,发现其颖果在未完全成熟前,与籼稻9311颖果的颜色是一致的,都表现为绿色;一旦成熟后,9311颖果表现为黄白色,而江苏省杂草稻颖果表现为红色,且随着颖果的不断成熟红色素不断积累.同时,采用徒手切片和石蜡切片方法,进行了江苏省杂草稻受精7 d后颖果和成熟后颖果,以及9311成熟颖果的解剖结构对比观察,阐明了其红色素的沉积部位,结果表明江苏省杂草稻红色素主要沉积在果皮中,但种皮中也有少量沉积.

| Abstract: | Through observing caryopses color changes of weedy rice at different maturity periods in Jiangsu Province,The caryopsis color of weedy rice was found to be as green as indica rice 9311 before fully maturing.After maturity,caryopsis color of 9311 showed yellow-white,while weedy rice in Jiangsu Province showed red.Furthermore,red pigment accumulated gradually with the caryopsis becoming more mature.By using hand and paraffin section,the anatomical structure of caryopsis among weedy rice 7 d after pollination,... |
