摘    要:玉笋(原代号81-8-65)是以日本薮北种为母本,用福鼎大白茶、槠叶齐、湘波绿和龙井43号等优良品种的混合花粉经人工杂交授粉育成,在实生苗苗圃选拔、无性繁殖、系统选育、品种比较试验中表现突出,发芽早,品质优,产量高,顶端优势强,内含物丰富,水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸含量均高于槠叶齐和福鼎大白茶,适制高档名优绿茶。其成品茶外形、汤色和叶底具有明显的“三绿”特征,鲜叶产量经方差分析极显著高于对照福鼎大白茶,是一个早生优质高产的绿茶新品种,2005年5月通过湖南省农作物品种审定委员会认定。

Abstract:Yusun(former coded 81-8-65) was bred by using Yabukita as the maternal and through artificial hybridization pollination with the pollen mixture of superior varieties,such as Fudingdabai,Zhuyeqi,Xiangbolu and longjing,etc..Yusun was outstanding in seedling nursery selection,vegetative propagation,systematic breeding and variety comparison experiment,early sprouting,good quality,high yield,rich in biochemical components and distinct in apical dominance.Water extracts,polyphenol content,amino acid content of Yusun were all higher than those of Zhuyeqi and Fudingdabai.It's suitable for making high quality famous green tea.Variance analysis showed the yield of fresh tea was much higher than that of Fudingdai.As a early sprouting new green variety with high quality and yield,it was registered and released to commercial production in Hunan province,2005.
