| 摘 要： | 通过培养试验,对不同培养基质、不同枝龄的插穗、不同的生长调节剂以及不同浓度的ABT处理对佘山胡颓子的扦插育苗效果进行了系统研究。结果表明,以沙土为扦插基质、选一年生的插穗、用ABT处理对佘山胡颓子的成活率高达93.3%。ABT不同浓度处理以90 mg/L的成活率最高,达93.3%。

| Abstract: | The effects of some cutting propagation technical conditions of Elaeagnus argyi Levl.were studied,including different culture matrix,the ears with different ages,different hormones,and the optimal hormone concentrations.The result showed that taking sandy soil as the culture matrix,annual seedling as the inserting ear,90 mg/L ABT were the best cutting propagation technical conditions of young seedlings of Elaeagnus argyi Levl,and the survival rate reached 93.3%. |
