| 摘 要： | 研究了光照和不同温度的浸种处理对凤仙花、滇水金凤和黄金凤种子萌发的影响。结果表明,滇水金凤、黄金凤种子具有休眠特性,如萌发前进行Prechill处理,可大大提高种子萌发率、活力指数等;光照对凤仙花种子萌发无显著影响,但可提高滇水金凤、黄金凤种子的萌发率、发芽势和活力指数,有利于其萌发。

| Abstract: | The effects of illumination and diping treatments in different temperature on germination characteriscs of seeds of I.balsamina L.,I.uliginosa and I.siculifer were studied.The results showed that seeds of I.uliginosa and I.siculifer had dormancy characteristic.Moreover,the germination rate and vigor index of seeds treated by Prechill before germination were obviously enhanced.The treatment of illumination had no obvious effect on seed germination of I.balsamina L.,but it enhanced germination rate,germination potential and vigor index of seeds of I.uliginosa and I.siculifer. |
