GP浸提液对小麦籽粒发芽的抑制效应

摘    要:为了筛选安全有效的小麦穗发芽天然抑制剂.以果皮(GP)为发芽抑制物质提取源,以周麦16、偃师4110、温麦6号、矮抗58和矮丰66为试验材料,研究了GP浸提液对5个小麦品种籽粒发芽的抑制效应。结果表明.GP漫提液中含有发芽抑制物质.其发芽抑制效果显著.作用迅速而持久,对种子发芽抑制率达到85%以上,且GP浸提液与小麦品种间的互作不显著。GP浸泡2d后浸提液浓度在240g/L以上时的抑制效果最好。

Abstract:Inhibiting effects of GP extracting solution on seed germination of 5 wheat varieties were studied. The results showed that GP extracting solution contained germination inhibitors, its inhibiting effect on germination was obvious, rapid and perdurable, the inhibiting rate in seeds germination was more than 85%,and the interaction between GP extracting solution and wheat varieties was not significant. Inhibiting effect of GP extracting solution on seed germination was best while strength of GP extracting solution was above 240g/L and soaking time was 2 d.
