摘    要:应用二次正交旋转通用组合设计,研究了培养基中蔗糖、Ca2+和硼酸3浓度对苦瓜花粉体外萌发的影响,获得了相应的数学模型,解析了各因素对苦瓜花粉萌发率的主效应和互作效应,通过模型寻优获得了适于苦瓜花粉体外萌发的最优培养基配方.结果表明,3种成分对苦瓜花粉萌发率的影响从大到小依次为蔗糖、硼酸、Ca2+.在本试验条件下,苦瓜花粉萌发率大于73%的培养基配方为:蔗糖质量浓度8.0%~8.8%,硼酸浓度1.59~1.84 mmol/L,Ca2+浓度2.98~3.44 mmol/L.

Abstract:The effect of the concentration of sucrose, boric acid and Ca2+ in the cultural media on in vitro germination for bitter melon pollen was investigated, and a mathematic model was established involving the three factors and the germination rate by using the quadric orthogonal rotation general combination design.
