| Abstract: | The kind,structure,attribute,section and function of diaccharidase and factors that affected their activities such as hormone and diet were summarized.The important role of disaccharidase in animal digestion and absorption was also discussed.The article showed the meaning of disaccharidase to animals,meanwhile,the principle of measuring the disaccharidase activities was provided. |
