摘 要: | 目的]研究高温、盐、紫外等逆境胁迫及SNP处理对草珊瑚愈伤组织总黄酮代谢的影响。方法]采用不同的胁迫条件处理愈伤组织,定期取样监测总黄酮含量的变化情况。结果]30℃下总黄酮含量峰值为45.6μg/ml;50、100mmol/L盐胁迫下总黄酮含量峰值分别为62.1和50.4μg/ml;紫外胁迫处理后,总黄酮含量为40.2μg/ml,是对照组的3.94倍;1、5mmol/L SNP处理后总黄酮含量分别达55.1和78.2μg/ml。结论]在一定胁迫程度下,高温、盐、紫外等逆境及SNP处理均能显著提高草珊瑚愈伤组织总黄酮含量。

Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of temperature,salt,UV stress and SNP treatment on total flavones metabolism in Sarcandra glabra(Thunb)Nakai calli.Method] The calli were treated under different stress conditions to monitor the changes of total flavones content.Results] The results indicated that maximum content of the flavones under temperature stress was 45.6 μg/ml at 30 ℃.The peak value of the maximum content under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress was 50.4 μg/ml and that was 62.1 μg/ml under 50 mmol/L NaCl treatment.Under UV stress,the total flavones content reached 40.2 μg/ml,being 3.94 times as control group.The total flavones content reached 55.1 and 78.2 μg/ml resp after 1 and 5 mmol/L SNP treatment.Conclusion] The adversity stress can enhance the total flavones synthesis. |
