| 摘 要： | 叶菜类蔬菜约占蔬菜生产的1/3,劳动力紧缺、机械化水平低已经成为叶菜类蔬菜生产发展的制约因素。本文以蔬菜生产产业链为主线,论述叶菜类蔬菜生产的主要环节和对机械化的技术需求,在分析叶菜类蔬菜生产机械化现状和存在问题的基础上,结合国际蔬菜生产装备先进经验,提出叶菜类蔬菜生产机械装备和技术的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Leaf vegetables account for about one third of the vegetable production in China. Labor shortage and low level of mechanization have been the restrictive factors for the development of leaf vegetable production. In this paper, the industry chain of vegetable production was chosen to discuss the major procedure and technological requirements of mechanization in leaf vegetable production. Based on analyzing the present situation and problems, combined with the advanced experiences of the international vegetable production equipment, we brought forward the development countermeasures for mechanical equipments and technology in leaf vegetable production. |
