带犊母牦牛同期发情试验

在青海省海南州贵南县塔秀乡,对32头带犊母牦牛进行了同期发情试验。试验结果显示:经CIDR+PMSG组合激素处理的试验I组母牦牛发情率达到83.33%,单激素PG处理的试验Ⅱ组母牦牛发情率为20.00%,对照组母牦牛在试验期间没有出现发情的母牛。试验I组母牦牛发情率极显著地高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。说明采用组合激素对处于哺乳期的母牦牛进行同期发情处理能提高牦牛的同期发情率。

Test of Synchronous Estrus in Femai Yak with Calf

32 Female yaks with calf were used to conduct the test of synchronous estrus in Taxiu Village of C, uinan county, Qinghai province. The test results showed that the estrus rate of female yaks in the test group I which treated with CIDR ＋ PMSG combination hormone was 83.33% ,the one in test group II which treated with single PG hormone was 20. 00% ,and there was not estrus female yak in the control group during period of test. The estrus rate of female yak in the test group I was very significantly higher than that in the test group II（P 〈0.01 ） ,indicating that the synchronous estrus rate of female yak in suckling period increased by treatment of combination hormone.
