| 摘 要： | 笔者通过调研,结果表明最近五年引起的湖南苎麻产业发展危机的原因是：苎麻加工、纺织业装备陈旧,工艺落后;产品单一,档次不高;外销萎缩,内销不畅。核心是剥麻成本高,污染环境重,产品质量低。为振兴苎麻产业,笔者认为必须明确发展思路和目标,建议采取加大科技创新力度,加强基地建设,壮大龙头企业,扶持名优品牌,增加资金投入,强化服务保障等措施,才能有力地推动湖南苎麻产业的振兴。

| Abstract: | There are lots of reasons led to the development crisis of Hunan ramie industry according to the recent five years＇ investigation,such as ramie processing and textile equipments are stale,the textile technologies are outdated,the textile products are simplification and low grade,the export is shrinking and domestic market is not free,etc.In order to revitalize ramie industry,there must be clear development ideas and goals,which include the development of ramie industry must rely on scientific and technological innovation,strengthen base construction,expand big enterprises,provide aid for famous brands,increase capital investment and strengthen service,etc. |
