大葱、洋葱远缘杂交后代及其亲本挥发性成分分析

采用静态顶空（SHS）固相微萃取法提取5种类型大葱、洋葱远缘杂交后代及其亲本中的挥发性成分，并用气相色谱-质谱（GC—MS）联用仪分析其化学组成。结果表明：一硫代有机物主要以1-丙硫醇、甲基丙基硫醚为主，其中2号杂交种未检测到甲基丙基硫醚成分，3号材料中1-丙硫醇含量最高。二硫代有机物主要是二丙基二硫醚、二甲基二硫醚和甲基丙基二硫醚，其中1号和2号杂交种二丙基二硫醚含量远远高于亲本，甲基丙基二硫醚含量介于亲本之间。三硫代有机物主要是二丙基三硫醚、3，5-二乙基-1，2，4-三噻吩，其中，二丙基三硫醚含量在5个试验材料间差别较小；2号杂交种中3，5-二乙基-1，2，4-三噻吩含量远远高于亲本。

Analysis of Volatile Components in Welsh Onion, Onion and Their Interspecific Hybridization Progenies
