大葱、洋葱远缘杂交后代及其亲本挥发性成分分析

摘    要:采用静态顶空(SHS)固相微萃取法提取5种类型大葱、洋葱远缘杂交后代及其亲本中的挥发性成分,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)联用仪分析其化学组成。结果表明:一硫代有机物主要以1-丙硫醇、甲基丙基硫醚为主,其中2号杂交种未检测到甲基丙基硫醚成分,3号材料中1-丙硫醇含量最高。二硫代有机物主要是二丙基二硫醚、二甲基二硫醚和甲基丙基二硫醚,其中1号和2号杂交种二丙基二硫醚含量远远高于亲本,甲基丙基二硫醚含量介于亲本之间。三硫代有机物主要是二丙基三硫醚、3,5-二乙基-1,2,4-三噻吩,其中,二丙基三硫醚含量在5个试验材料间差别较小;2号杂交种中3,5-二乙基-1,2,4-三噻吩含量远远高于亲本。

Abstract:The volatile components in Welsh onion,onion and their interspecific hybridization progenies were extracted by static headspace solid phase micro-extraction(SHS-SPME) method and then determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results indicated that 1-Propanethiol and Methyl propyl sulfide were the major in mono-thiosulphinates,and the Methyl propyl sulfide was not identified in the interspecific hybridization progeny No.2,while the content of 1-Propanethiol was the highest in the progeny ...
