| 摘 要： | 文章在阐述农业高校科技协同创新基本内涵的基础上,重点分析了农业高校科技创新能力提升面临的困境,指出协同创新是农业高校科技创新能力提升的最有效途径,并提出了政策建议,如强化协同创新意识、搭建协同创新平台、探索协同创新机制等,以期为农业高校提升科技创新能力提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | After basic connotation of science and technology collaborative innovation in agricultural universities was described,difficult positions of boosting science and technology innovation capacity of agricultural universities were analyzed in the paper.It was pointed out that the collaborative innovation is the most effective way to enhance the agricultural universities′ability of science and technology innovation.Policy recommendations were put forward,such as strengthening the consciousness of collaborative innovation,constructing platform for collaborative innovation,exploring mechanism of collaborative innovation.These will provide reference for boosting science and technology innovation capacity of agricultural universities. |
