进口粮食中硒含量快速测定研究

摘    要:研究了微波消解测定进口粮食中硒的含量,确定微波消化的最佳条件,并在最佳条件下进行了比对和回收率试验。结果表明,此方法快速简单,易于推广。测定了近百批次进口粮食中硒的质量浓度为0.008~0.019μg/mL,并进行了初步统计分析,建立的微波消解—原子吸收光谱法直接测定进口粮食中的硒,方法的线性范围为2.00~36.00 ng/mL,检出限为0.69 ng/mL,回收率为94.5%~100.0%,相对标准偏差1.95%。

Abstract:We research the content of Selenium in import grain by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and the test conditions are optimized.The results indicate that this method rapid and simple,easy to spread.The content of Selenium in hundred batchs of import grain is 0.008~0.019μg/mL The linear range of this method is 2.00~36.00 ng/mL,the detection limit is 0.69 ng/mL,RSD is 1.95%.Recoveries of standard addition method are in the range of 94.5%~100.0%.
