液体菌种栽培毛木耳研究

摘    要:采用摇瓶培养方法对毛木耳液体菌种的碳源和氮源进行筛选。结果表明,玉米淀粉和蛋白胨分别为较优的碳源和氮源;通过测定液体培养时菌丝生物量、菌丝球数量的变化以及回管萌发试验确定最适发酵时间为5 d;采用以上条件制备的液体菌种栽培毛木耳,菌丝满袋时间较固体菌种减少6 d,生物学效率与固体接种相近。

Study on Liquid Strain of Auricularia polytricha

Abstract:Through the single factor experiment, the formula of liquid strain of Auricularia polytricha was been optimized by shake flask in order to obtain carbon source and nitrogen source. The results showed that corn starch and the peptone are the best active carbon source and nitrogen source respectively. The optimal incubation time had been determined for 5 day by measuring the growth curve of liquid culture and tie-back test. The growth time of mycelia of liquid strain of Auricularia polytricha cultivated in the optimal condition is less than 6 days comparing to solid strain, and the efficiencies of biological of both are almost equal.
