摘    要:利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对4种嵩草属(Kobresia)植物叶片的上、下表皮细胞特征进行了观察研究,并在光学显微镜下测量了上、下表皮细胞的大小、气孔器大小、气孔间距、气孔密度和气孔指数.结果表明:4种嵩草属植物叶有许多共同的特征,如表皮细胞具波浪状垂周壁、气孔器均分布在远轴面上,气孔器类型均为平列型等.4种嵩草属植物叶片两侧叶缘上均有刺毛,且线叶嵩草叶缘上的刺毛尖端有倒刺.气孔密度与气孔指数在种间差异显著(除高山嵩草和线叶嵩草之间无差异),可以作为嵩草属植物分类的辅助依据.

Abstract:Both the upper and lower epidermal features of the leaves of 4 species in the genus Kobresia Willd were observed under optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The size of the upper and lower epidermal cells,stomatal size,stomatal distance,stomatal density and stomatal index were measured and counted under optical microscope.The results showed that the four species displayed many common features in patterns of anticlinal wall of both epidermis,limited distribution of stomatal apparatus only in the lower epidermis,paracytic type etc.Prickles presented at leaf margins of the 4 species,moreover with short barbs in K.capillifolia.The stomatal density,stomatal indexes had significant interspecies differences and possessed certain assistant classification value of species.
