| 摘 要： | 对河北杨、毛白杨的优树(优良单株)及其杂种的茎段和茎尖进行离体培养:将茎段和茎尖在1/2MS培养基中加入0.03mg/L的6—BA和0.05mg/L的α—NAA进行培养,经过15d左右可抽出粗壮茎苗,待苗高至2～3cm,进行分割,转入含有2mg/LIAA的H培养基中,7d左右可诱导出根,15d后形成完整植株。

| Abstract: | The shoots and shoot tips from plus tree and hybrids of P.hopeiensis and p.tom-entosa were cultured in 1/2 MS medium containing 0-03mg/L BA(beozyla-denine) and 0.05mS/La-NAA. After about 15 days, vigorous sprouts were obtained. When the sprout were 2 -3cm high, they were separated and-tranformed to it medium containing 2mg/L IAA. Roots were induced after 7 days and 15 days later the plantlets were formed. |
