拖拉机离合器设计与研究

摘    要:介绍了拖拉机离合器的设计理论,进行了离合器的改进。开有梯形槽的碟形弹簧在制造过程中易产生应力集中,本文把梯形槽改为弧形槽使离合器寿命大有提高;目前石棉有机摩擦材料和金属陶瓷摩擦材料在高温段的摩擦力矩均不稳定,本文在石棉有机摩擦材料中加入一定比例的陶瓷粉末,试验证明其抗高温性能高于前二者。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design theory of tractor clutch and improves it. Trapezoid groove in processing manufacture process is easy to produce concentrated stress and reduce its life. To change the trapezoid groove to the arc groove;as a result,the clutch life can be rised greatly. The frictional moment in the high temperature of asbestos and cermets material is very unstable. To join some porcelain powder in asbestos ,organicl and tests prove that its high temperature-resist capability is higher than either of former.
