基于智能功率开关的EPS电机驱动电路研究

摘    要:分析了传统电动助力转向系统电机驱动电路H桥的优缺点,提出了基于智能功率开关的H桥驱动电路的一种优化方案。对智能功率开关的功能特性和采用智能功率开关组成的H桥电路的控制方法与工作原理进行了系统研究,并在试验台上对新的H桥驱动电路进行了试验验证。结果表明:采用智能功率开关的H桥电路具有工作可靠、控制策略简单、可靠,电路制造成本低等优点。

Abstract:In this paper,traditional H-bridge circuit for Electric Power Steering System was introduced and analysed.A new H-bridge made of smart power switch was designed.Also it introduced the features of the smart power switches and the way to control the new H-bridge,which had been tested in test-bed and compared to traditional H-bridge.The results showed that the new H-bridge has more strong points in the aspects of reliability,convenience to control,low cost and so on.
