长期定位施肥对冬小麦后期根系衰老和产量的影响

摘    要:利用连续28年长期定位施肥试验,研究了长期施肥对冬小麦生育后期根系衰老及产量的影响,结果表明,施用有机肥特别是有机肥与一定量的氮肥配合施用能显著抑制根系的膜脂过氧化作用,使小麦根系中SOD活性提高、MDA含量降低、从而延缓了根系的衰老,使小麦生育后期仍能维持较高的根系生理活性,提高了粒重,增加籽粒产量。

Abstract:Under the condition of the long-term locating fertilization for 28 years,we have a study on the effects of used fertilizers for long years on decrepitude index of root system and yield of winter wheat at later growth stage.The result indicated that used organic fertilizer,especially used organic fertilizer with some inorganic nitrogen can obviously depression membrane lipid peroxidation of root system,enhance the activity of SOD,depress content of MDA,postpone the speed of decrepitude of root system;the root system have higher physiological activity at later growth stage,enhance grain weight,increase grain yield.
