含迟熟基因rin的番茄果实货架寿命相关性状的研究

摘    要:分析比较了贮藏过程中的番茄成熟突变体rin材料L2与正常成熟番茄品种L5及其杂种一代L20果实的果实硬度、呼吸强度、番茄红素、贮藏指数及各种商品品质的差异。结果表明:番茄果实贮藏过程中果实硬度呈下降趋势;而果实的可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、Vc、番茄红素含量变化呈上升趋势,但是有机酸含量变化总体上呈现下降趋势,因此果实的糖酸比呈上升趋势;呼吸高峰的出现有很大的差异,L2的波动较小,且呼吸强度一直处于最低状态;rin番茄果实的贮藏指数最高,达到75%以上,而正常成熟的番茄贮藏指数最低,仅60%左右,含迟熟基因的品种与正常品种杂交后贮藏性显著下降,但比正常成熟番茄耐贮,贮藏指数比正常成熟的高约15%。

Abstract:The article tested and analysed the difference of the fruit firmness,respiratory intensity,lycopene,storage index and various commercial quality of the tomato ripening mutant material L2 and normal ripening cultivar L5 and their hybrid fruits L20 during storage process.The result shows that during storage process the change in fruit firmness of tomato submits downtrend,and the soluble solid,soluble sugar,Vc,lycopene content show uptrend,but the change in organic acid shows overall downtrend,so the ratio between sugar and acid shows uptrend;there is quite large difference among the respiratory peak,the fluctuation of L2 is relative small,and respiratory rate keeps the lowest all the time;the storage index of tomato fruit with rinis the highest,above 75%,but the storage index of normal fruit is the lowest only 60%,although the storage capability of their hybrid descends remarkably,the storage index is higher 15% than normal fruit.
