铬胁迫对芹菜养分吸收及抗氧化系统的影响

摘    要:以芹菜为载体,喷施不同浓度的Cr3 溶液,试验结果表明:芹菜叶、叶柄内富铬量与喷施Cr3 溶液的浓度呈正相关。喷施Cr3 溶液浓度为20~40 mg/kg,能提高芹菜叶、叶柄内N,P,K营养元素和叶绿素的含量,增强抗氧化酶活性。

Abstract:Cr3 solutions of different concentration were sprinkled on celery.Results show that the content of Cr3 in leaves and petioles is in positive correlation with the concentration of the solution.Sprinkling the solution of Cr3 of the concentration 20-40 mg/kg will increase the content of nutrient and chlorophyll in leaves and petioles and strengthen the antioxygenic enzymic activity.
