轮叶党参不同外植体愈伤诱导比较

分别以轮叶党参叶片、叶柄、茎段和种子为外植体诱导愈伤组织。结果表明,不同外植体均可诱导出愈伤组织,但其在出愈率和愈伤生长方面差异较大。其中叶片诱导愈伤组织效果最好:愈伤诱导率达到100%,愈伤生长最快,平均每天可增加24.5mg,且诱导的愈伤质地紧密,不易破碎。不同外植体所产生的愈伤组织均可分化再生,其中以种子和叶片为外植体产生的愈伤再分化率较好,分别为100%和87.5%。综合各方面得出,叶片是诱导愈伤组织的最佳外植体。

Comparation on Inducing Callus with Different Explants of Codonopsis lanceolata
