保护地厚皮甜瓜夏秋茬嫁接栽培试验

利用2个砧木全能铁甲、掘金龙与3个厚皮甜瓜品种鲁厚甜1号、鲁厚甜2号、伊丽莎白进行秋季嫁接栽培试验。结果表明,嫁接后植株长势增强,产量提高,单果重增加;可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、Vc含量多是嫁接植株果实高于自根苗,口味略有变差现象。接穗播种期宜稍晚于自根苗栽培,可避开高温,提高嫁接成活率,还可有效防止生理性萎蔫。砧木具有增强植株抗逆性的作用。选择合适的砧木、嫁接方法、嫁接时机,秋季嫁接栽培切实可行。

Test of Summer-autumn Grafting Cultivation of Muskmelon in Protected Field

The cultivation test of three muskmelon(Cucumis melon L.var.Cantaluprnsis Naud) varieties(Luhoutian 1 and 2,Yilishabai) grafting on two rootstocks in autumn was carried out under greenhouse conditions.The cultivars as rootstocks were Quannengtiejia and Juejinlong.The results indicated that grafted plants grew vigorously.Fruit yield of grafted plants increased evidently.Increasing of the contents of total soluble solides,soluble sugar and Vc of flesh were the majority.Deterioration of taste quality was noticed not significantly in autumn grafted plants.Planting date of scions should be later than that of scion-root seedling in order to avoid high temperature and physiological wilt and increase survival ratio of combination.Rootstocks could increasing the tolerance to disease under greenhouse conditions.Selecting appropriate rootstocks,grafting date and method,cultivation of grafted muskmelon in autumn is feasible.
