| 摘 要： | 影响精原干细胞体外培养的主要因素有温度、饲养层细胞、细胞因子包括分化抑制因子(LIF)和生长因子(SCF和bFGF)等。本文拟对其研究进展和精原干细胞体外培养所涉及到的精原干细胞的鉴定和分离纯化技术的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Many studies were performed to investigated the effects of different factors, such as feeder layer cells, LIF, SCF, bFGF on spermatogonial stem cells cultured in vitro. This article reviews the recent advance in studies of isolation and purification of spermatogognial stem cells, the technology of cultured in vitro and the effect factor. |
