| 摘 要： | 采用腹腔内窥镜和常规手术法进行绵羊冻胚移植,统计分析结果表明,腹腔镜移植组产羔率高于常规手术移植法,但组间差异不显著（P〈0.05）;腹腔镜移植明显比常规手术法快,可提高工作效率4倍;腹腔镜移植受体发生繁殖障碍机率比常规手术法低（0.01〈P〈0.05）,且不易发生子宫粘连（P〈0.05）;腹腔镜移植受体产后缺乳症明显比常规手术组少（P〈0.05）。对绵羊胚胎移植产业化工艺具有改进意义。

| Abstract: | A statistical analysis of different transplantation on lambing rate and working efficiency,incidence rate of reproductive disorder,receptor puerperal insufficient lactation was conducted.The results showed that lambing rate adopting abdominal endoscopy was higher than routine operating transplantation,however,there was no significant difference between groups（P〉0.05）.Obviously,abdominal endocopy was faster than routine operating method,which can improve working efficiency for 4 times.Incidence rate of reproductive disorder adopting abdominal endoscopy was lower than routine operating method（0.01P〈0.05）,moreover,it is uneasy to occurring uterus adhesion（P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of receptor puerperal insufficient lactation was remarkably lower than routine group（P〈0.05）. |
