摘    要:通过对轮作条件下6种不同农业措施处理的玉米田土壤微生物数量与种类进行测定,结果表明施有机肥可明显增加玉米土壤中细菌与放线菌的数量,降低真菌数量;免耕有利于玉米田细菌数量增加,施用有机肥有利于维持土壤微生物的多样性,深松和常规耕翻对维持土壤微生物多样性也有较好的效果;随生育期的推进,土壤中微生物多样性呈有规律地变化。

Abstract:After six agricultural treatments were used on rotation corn field, the quantity and species of soil microorganism were tested. The result showed that using organic manures could increase the quantity of bacteria and actinomyces, decrease the quantity of fungal flora. With the growth of corn, the diversity of soil microorganism changed regularly.
