摘    要:应用二次旋转组合试验进行试验设计,建立了喷砂距离、喷砂压力、喷砂角度与涂层和基体间结合强度的数学模型,通过降维分析了它们对结合强度的影响规律。结果表明:选用优化的预处理工艺进行粗化,电弧喷涂涂层与铸铁基体间的结合强度可满足一般使用要求。

Abstract:An investigation on iron cast surface pretreatment before arc spraying was made with quadratic regression rotary combination test. The mathematical model that characterizes the relationship between parameters of grit blasting (blasting distance, blasting pressure and blasting angle) and adhesive strength between coatings and substrate was established. The influencing law was studied by decreasing dimension and the results show that the effects of distance and pressure are great and the effect of angle is small. It is reliable for adhesive strength between coatings and substrate and the technology of grit blasting can meet the demand of surface pretreatment for arc spraying.
