摘    要:通过3个不同施锌水平土壤的盆栽玉米试验,分析了丛枝菌根真菌Glomus caledonium在土壤发生锌污染时,对玉米苗期矿质营养的影响。研究表明,即使在土壤锌施入量达600 mg/kg时,接种处理的植株叶、茎和根系中的铁、铜、镁、钙含量仍能保持相对的稳定,从而保证了宿主植物在锌污染土壤中的矿质营养平衡,增强宿主植物对锌污染的抗(耐)性。表明丛枝菌根真菌在重金属污染土壤的生物修复中具有重要的生态学价值。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the mineral nutrition of maize(Zea mays L.) plants with or without arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus(AMF,Glomus caledonium) inoculation supplied with Zn at 0,300 and 600 mg/kg soil.The results showed that the concentrations of Fe,Cu,Mg and Ca in the leaves,stems and roots of the AMF-inoculated plants were relatively stable as compared with the non-inoculated control.Since a balance was maintained among the micro-nutrients in the host plants with AMF inoculation,their growth and heavy metal-tolerance were improved.It is,therefore,concluded that AMF might play an important role in heavy metal bioremediation.
