关于农民增收问题的调查

“增加农民收入”是建设社会主义新农村的重要任务之一。黑龙江省作为重要的商品粮生产基地，对确保我国“粮食安全”发挥着重要作用。但由于单纯粮食生产和城乡二元结构等因素制约，长期以来农民收入水平却不高，增收速度较缓慢。根据在尚志市河东乡的调查，分析了当前农民主要收入来源和增收中的瓶颈问题，并提出具体对策。以实现在保证粮食生产能力不断增加的情况下，促进农村经济发展和实现农民大幅度增收的目标。

Survey on Increasing the Income of the Farmers

＂Increasing the income of the farmers＂is an important part of constructing the socialism new countryside. As the important commodity grain production base, Heilongjiang province has played a vital role in keeping ＂ the food security＂for our country. Because of the pure grain production, the urban and rural structure and other factors,the income level of the farmers has actually been low for years,the increasing speed of income is not high, either. According to investigation in the Hedong town of the Shangzhi, the current major sources of income of farmers and problems of increasing their income were analyzed,and put forward some specific countermeasures on promoting rural economic and the increasing the income of the farmers in the condition of increasing of the grain production capacity.
