河南省农村饮水安全综合评价研究

摘    要:从农村饮水水质、水量和供水3个方面选取了12个评价指标,建立了农村饮水安全指标体系,以模糊物元理论为基础,利用改进熵权法确定各指标权重,结合欧氏贴近度概念,构建了改进熵权-模糊物元耦合模型,结合地理信息系统得到河南省农村饮水安全状况分布图,并对农村饮水安全状况进行了综合分析和评价。结果表明,河南省水量安全状况处于较安全水平,水质、供水和综合处于基本安全水平,能够体现出河南省农村饮水安全的实际状况。说明该模型评价方法合理,结果可信,为农村饮水安全评价提供了一种新途径。

Abstract:Based on Fuzzy element theory,select twelve evaluation indicators from three aspects on water quality,water quantity and water supply,and determine the entropy weight of each indicator by using the improved entropy weight method.Construct the improved entropy weight-fuzzy matter-element coupling model by combining it with Euclid approach degree.Analysis and evaluate the security situation of rural drinking water in Henan province by combining that with Geographic Information System.Results indicated that water quantity of rural drinking water in Henan province is at the level of relative security,water quality,water supply and overall condition are at the level of basic security.They can reflect the actual situation of rural drinking water in Henan province.Therefore,it can make clear that the method is reasonable and the results are believable.It can also provide a new method for security evaluation on rural drinking water.
