梨品种果实不同部位石细胞特性研究

摘    要:本文研究了香梨、鸭梨、砀山梨、早酥梨、慈梨、雪花梨、苹果梨等7个品种果实石细胞含量,不同部位的石细胞团密度、直径等性状。结果表明:不同梨果实石细胞含量有较大差异,鲜重与干重结果表现不同;石细胞含量以大于0.25 mm的石细胞为主。果梗端、果萼端、胴部的果皮、果肉、果心石细胞团密度有较大差异。果萼端果皮石细胞密度最大,其次为胴部果皮,果梗端最少。不同部位果肉石细胞密度相近。胴部果心石细胞团密度高于果梗端和果萼端。果皮石细胞团密度极显著高于果心和果肉,果心石细胞团密度显著高于果肉石细胞团密度。胴部、果梗部、果萼部的果皮、果肉石细胞团直径相近。果萼端果心石细胞团直径最大,果梗端次之,胴部最小。果心石细胞团直径极显著大于果肉、果皮石细胞团直径。早酥梨细胞密度最低,石细胞团直径最小。

Abstract:Seven varieties of pear, which were Fragrant pear, Yali pear,Zaosu pear,Ci pear,Xuehua pear and Apple pear were cho- sen as material, the content of stone cell in different pear fruits, the density of stone cell group in different parts pear fruits and diameter of stone cell group were investigated. The results indicated that the content of stone cell in different pear fruits showed relatively great difference, fresh weight and dry weight presented different appearance. The stone cell with higher than 0.25mm diameter was domi- nant. The density of stone cell in fruit peel, flesh and core of pedicel end, fruit calyx end and trunk showed relatively great difference. The density of stone cell in fruit peel of fruit calyx end were the largest, followed by the ones in trunk peel, and the peel of pedicel end. The density of stone cell was almost the same in different part of fruit flesh. The density of stone cell in fruit core of trunk was higher than that in the end of fruit pedicel and calyx. The density of stone cell in fruit peel was significantly higher than those of in fruit core and flesh. The density of stone cell in fruit core was significantly higher than those of fruit flesh. The diameter of stone cell group was similar in fruit peel, flesh of fruit pedicel, calyx and trunk. The diameter of stone cell in fruit core of fruit calyx end were the lar- gest, followed by fruit pedicel, the fruit core of trunk. The diameter of stone cell in fruit core was significantly higher than those of in fruit flesh and peel. The density of stone cell in Zaosu pear was the lowest, and the diameter of stone cell was the minimum.
