| 摘 要： | 从森林环境价值评价的背景出发,总结了目前公益林生态效益货币价值计量评价的理论依据、方法以及评估现状,提出我国现阶段评估中存在的问题,一是评估尺度较大,使得评估结果无法落实到山头地块;二是评估的技术支持手段较落后,像GIS等先进的技术的运用还不多;三是现有评估大多是静态的,动态评估的研究还少见。针对以上问题,提出一些解决办法。
